1.    Features
       ACR-602 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin with good appearance, weather resistance, anti-dirty pick-up, moderate Tg and hardness,excellent adhesion and toughness.
2.    General Physical Characteristics
       Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid
       Non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min): 40±2%
       Viscosity, 5℃: 2000-3000                               
      Solvent: lipids, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons
3.    Usage suggestion:
      Air dry for ABS or PC plastic priming paint
     60℃×40min for ABS or PC plastic priming paint
     Combine with PVDF to prepare fluorocarbon coating 
 4.    Use and Storage 
        According to Fire Control Law, Safety and Health Law and other regulations, pay attention to the followings during using and storage.
       a)    Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment during using and curing.
       b)    The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors.
              Generally require a commitment on health and safety management according to law of labor safety and health when using  
              such solvents(solvent-products).
       c)    The product is considered hazard class 3. Please store and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5.    Storage stability: at least 6 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
