1. Features
ACR-701 is a thermosetting acrylic resin and combine with amino resin to prepare baking varnish. The baking varnish is a two-component polyurethane coating with high performance-price, good adhesion to plastic and fast drying.
2. General Physical Characteristics
Appearance: transparent liquid
Non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min)：50±2
Viscosity, 5℃: 7000-9000
Solvent: lipids, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbone
TG:Hydroxyl content:
3. Usage suggestion:
Combine with polyurethane resin to prepare air dry or low temperature baking coating.
Combine with amino resin to prepare one-component metal baking varnish
4. Use and Storage
According to Fire Control Law, Safety and Health Law and other regulations, pay attention to the followings during using and storage.
a) Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment during using and curing.
b) The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors.
Generally require a commitment on health and safety management according to law of labor safety and health when using
such solvents(solvent-products).
c) The product is considered hazard class 3. Please store and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Storage stability: at least 6 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
