1.  Features

SI0-200 offers air dry at low temperature, good adhesion to glass, weather resistance (>1000hr), self-cleaning and high hardness. It is widely used in glass surface treatment and protection coatings.

2.  General Physical Characteristics

   Appearance: transparent liquid

   Non-volatile-matter content (130℃/30min): 20±2%

   Viscosity, 25℃：15-40cps

   Solvents: Xylene, isobutanol

3.  Curing conditions

   Air dry, surface dry 2hrs

   150℃×30min

4.  Film performance

   Substrate: glass

   Thickness: 3-6μm

   Drying condition: 150 ℃ / 30min

   Transmittance: > 92%

   Pencil hardness: 5H

   Boiling water adhesion: 2h OK

5.  Use and Storage 

According to Fire Control Law, Industrial Safety and Health Law and other regulars, note the following points when use and storage.

a)  Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment when use and curing.

b) The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors. General ask to take on health and safety management obligations base on labor safety and health when using such solvents (solvent-products).

c) The product is considered hazard class 3. Please storage and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

6.  Storage stability: at least 6 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
