Polyimide resin (PI-031)

1.  Features

PI-031 is a polyimide resin with heat resistance, good insulation,film-forming property, light color and high solid content.

2.  General Physical Characteristics                                      

Appearance: red brown liquid

Non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min)：31.5±2%

Viscosity, 25℃：1500-2500cps

Solvent: NMP

3. Drying condition:

280℃×15min, special process conditions 160℃×30min

4. Use and Storage 

According to Fire Control Law, Industrial Safety and Health Law and other regulars, note the following points when use and storage.

a)  Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment when use and curing.

b) The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors. General ask to take on health and safety management obligations base on labor safety and health when using such solvents (solvent-products).

c) The product is considered hazard class 3. Please storage and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

5. Storage stability: at least 12 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
