Polyamide-imide resin (PIW-050)

1.  Features

PIW-050 is a polyamide-imide resin with water reducible, environment-friendly, nanostructures imported, good adhesion and low volatility.

2.  General Physical Characteristics

  Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid

  Non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min):30±2%

   Viscosity, 5℃: 2000-3500                              

   Solvent: lipids, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons

3.  Curing conditions

280℃×15min  ; 200℃×30min

4.  Use and Storage 

According to Fire Control Law, Industrial Safety and Health Law and other regulars, note the following points when use and storage.

a)  Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment when use and curing.

b) The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors. General ask to take on health and safety management obligations base on labor safety and health when using such solvents (solvent-products).

c) The product is considered hazard class 3. Please storage and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

5.  Storage stability: at least 6 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
