Introduction
ESI-5000(A)/(B)is a high refractive index silicone encapsulant, composed of ESI-5000(A) as basis and ESI-5000(B)as curing agent.ESI-5000(A) and ESI-5000(B)are both composed of silicone resin. ESI-5000 (A) / (B) is characterized by cured product with good transparency, high refractive index, excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties, no color change, suitable for white light,  outdoor display and high power LED encapsulation.

How to use
1. Please ensure that it is no oil, impurities on the surface of encapsulated or bonded component; it is better to clean the component surface by organic solvents and operate after volatilize all the solvents.
2. Once mix ESI-5000(A) and ESI-5000(B), they should be used in available time, avoiding the viscosity increased too high.
3. Place the required amount of ESI-5000(A) and ESI-5000(B) in a clean container, and mix gently to ensure homogeneity, degass in vacuum (Intermittently pumping and venting) before processing.
4. Bake and cure in conditions of 120℃ for 1hour and 150℃ for 2 hour, obtain the transparent resin that has good adhesion with substrates.
Notes
1. A and B parts should be mixed to ensure homogeneity, degassed before processing.
2. Temperature has a significant impact on the operation and curing, it is allow shortening operation time as temperature increased.
3. ESI-5000 (A)/(B) should not be mixed with the RTV silicone rubber, and avoid mixing with compounds containing S, P, N, otherwise ESI-5000 (A) / (B) can not be cured.
