 Melamine modified phenolic resin ORE-0600

Melamine modified phenolic resin ORE-0600 is nitrogen-containing phenolic resin, nitrogen content is 14%, exhibits flame retardancy. Melamine modified phenolic resin can be as curing agent and synergetic flame-retardant of benzoxazine resin, epoxy resin or phosphorus epoxy resin  in order to reach the flammability rating  UL94V0. While the cured product of melamine modified phenolic resin and epoxy resin offers excellent heat resistance.

Application

Melamine modified phenolic resin ORE-0600 can be as curing agent of epoxy resin, phosphorus epoxy resin and benzoxazine resin, widely used in CCL industry.

In the halogen-free glue, the nitrogen offered by Melamine modified phenolic resin ORE-0600 can be as synergetic flame-retardant of phosphorus epoxy resin, and reduce the phosphorus content and inorganic filler amount in glue, and improve brittleness, processing, heat resistance and peel strength.

Packaging and Storage:

200Kg / barrel, in the shade, can be stored for 12 months.
