Phosphorus epoxy resin ORE-0302 can be cured with melamine modified phenolic resin, benzoxazines resin or general epoxy resin. The product after cured with melamine modified phenolic resin or Benzoxazines, with high Tg 180℃ and excellent heat resistance.

The phosphorus content of ORE-0302 is 3.0%, kinds of inorganic flame retardant fillers (such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, etc.) can be added in the halogen-free glue, which may reduce costs, improve competitiveness, also has excellent peel strength and flexibility.
