1. Features
PSI-032 is a silicone modified polyester resin with good tensile property and adhesion, good flexibility, heat resistance and high-build. It is widely used in durable heat-resistant and gloss retention paint.
2. General Physical Characteristics
Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid
non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min)：65±2%
Viscosity, 25℃：1500-2300cps
Solvent：PMA、Xylene, CYC
3. Curing conditions
280℃/10min ；250℃/30min
4. Film performance
Substrate: light aluminum
Thickness: 15-20μm
Drying condition: 280 ℃ / 10min
Pencil hardness: 3H
Yellowing (280℃, 4h): △ b <3.0
Gloss: high
5. Use and Storage
According to Fire Control Law, Safety and Health Law and other regulars, pay attention to the followings during using and storage.
a) Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment during using and curing.
b) The product uses low boiling point solvents. Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors.
Generally require a commitment on health and safety management according to law of labor safety and health when using
such solvents (solvent-products).
c) The product is considered hazard class 3. Please store and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Storage stability : at least 12 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
