Special modified epoxy resin (ES-008)

1.    Features

ES-008 is a special modified epoxy resin with high flexibility, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation properties, and can be cured at room temperature.

2.    General Physical Characteristics

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid

Non-volatile-matter content (180℃/30min): 30±2%

Viscosity, 25℃：300-800cps

Solvent: MEK

3. How to use

   Air dry, dipping coating, spraying coating, brush coating

4. Dilution

   Diluted with mixture of MEK and xylene

5. Use and Storage 

According to Fire Control Law, Safety and Health Law and other regulations, pay attention to the followings during using and storage.

a)    Please operate under the conditions of no smoking and well-ventilate environment during using and curing.

b)    The product uses low boiling point solvents, Please operate in well-ventilate environmentto avoid inhalation of solvent vapors.
       Generally require a commitment on health and safety management according to law of labor safety and health when using  
       such solvents(solvent-products).
c)    The product is considered hazard class 3. Please storage and operate the product in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

5.Storage stability: at least 12 months under normal condition in a sealed container.
